Skin proper with Refresh by Jess- Hi! I am a licensed esthetician in Burlington, Iowa. I love all things esthetics and how creative the trade can be! I am a newer mother and take pride in that job! Although my daughter takes up the majority of my time, when I’m in the treatment room my clients have my 100% attention! My goal is to make you comfortable in your own skin, whether that is with lashing, waxing or facials. I look forward to being a part of your skin care journey!

Cancellation Policy
